I nternational Panel on Social Progress will carry out a long-term project by assembling over 200 prominent academicians and writers from five continents. The panel is planning on publishing a report in 2017, on how the world can be turned into a better place in 21st century. Report will be comprised of broad chapter topics. Report topics will be distributed in between academicians and there will also be fieldwork. The ways of how the decision making powers, citizens, non-governmental organizations and movements can reduce injustice and disagreements on economic, political and social structures will be analyzed. The group is guided by a committee which is run by Amatrya Sen, who happens to be 1998 Nobel Memorial Prize Laureate in Economic Sciences and a Harvard Professor. 08/03/2015 Turkey called NATO members for a meeting regarding article 4 on account of threat against its security and territorial integrity. And this had become the 5 th meeting request regarding article 4 since NATO was founded in 1949. Turkey’s first meeting request regarding this article was in 2003. Turkey had called out for protection against possible threat from Saddam regime whilst invasion of Iraq by USA was the day’s topic. Now Turkey states that there is threat to its territorial integrity from the Islamic jihad organization ISIS and the Kurdish organizations both. It is known that the NATO members are willing to support against the threat from the first one. Due to same reason, the second issue is slightly problematic. Türkiye 4. madde için 28 NATO üyesini, güvenliği ve toprak bütünlüğüne karşı tehdit olduğu gerekçesi ile toplanmaya davet etti.  Ve 1949 da NATO'nun kurulmasından bugüne kadar 4. madde ile ilgili beşinci toplantı daveti gerçekleşmiş oldu...  Bu madde ile ilgili ilk toplantı daveti 2003’te gelmişti Türkiye’den. Irak’ın ABD tarafından işgali gündemdeyken Türkiye Saddam rejiminden gelecek olası tehdide karşı korunma çağrısında bulunmuştu. Türkiye şimdi toprak bütünlüğüne dair hem islami cihat örgütü IŞİD’den hem de Kürt organizasyonlardan tehdit olduğunu iletiyor. NATO üyelerinin ilkinden gelen tehdide karşı destek olmak istedikleri bilinmekte. Yine bu nedenle ikinci konu biraz problemli.
